Judy Garland, one of the greatest singers of all time, was the focus of the third evening of The Mabel Mercer Foundation’s 30th New York Cabaret Convention on Wednesday, October 30 in the Rose Theater at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Co-hosts for the evening were Klea Blackhurst and Garland expert, author John Fricke.
